Challenging LevelsĬhicken Shooter: Galaxy Attack features a unique premise that involves a huge army of space chickens out to invade Earth. I do feel that there is a certain charm to this game and a few of the animations did give me a chuckle from time to time.If you are a fan of vertical space shooting games similar to those classic arcade cabinets of the ‘90s, then you are in for a treat! Introducing, Chicken Shooter: Galaxy Attack free PC download from Chicken Plannet, a combination between the elements of fixed shooting and vertical shooting games. The game actually has a lot of personality and while it is never going to be in the mix for being classed as one of the best looking Game Boy Advance games of all time. I will say that I do get a kick out of the chickens in Chicken Shoot 2. Once you are done it all repeats, this kind of thing was fine in the 80s, but here it just feels like a huge lack of content. The point I am making is that you clear a board, move on to the next one, clear that, and then move on to the final one. Chicken Invaders 4: Ultimate Omelette Easter Edition is a fun chicken shooting game where you must defeat all enemies and grab the highest score possible. What I just described about the gameplay of Chicken Shoot 2 is pretty much all the game has to offer! There are a handful of different boards and in that way, it feels like a classic arcade game like Donkey Kong, although putting this game and Donkey Kong in the same category is one hell of a stretch. Chicken Invaders 4 - Ultimate Omelette Easter Edition. It is best to take out the eggs first as they can actually damage you! Great For 1983! As well as shooting the chickens, you also need to shoot the eggs that they throw at you. You control a crosshair on the screen which is responsive to be fair. Anyway, the gameplay of Chicken Shoot 2 is that the screen scrolls from left to right (and one that goes up and down) and you need to shoot all of the chickens. Sorry, we have the mental age of a 13 year old, but if you got that joke, we bet it put a smile on your life. Ok, so there is no choking the chicken here…. However, despite it being very shallow, I will say that on the whole, I do feel that the game has a bit of charm to its premise. At the end of the day, this is a Game Boy Advance shooting gallery style of game so you do not expect a deep and meaningful story here. The “plot” of Chicken Shoot 2 is that the chickens are running wild and causing all kinds of chaos and only you can stop them. It is also the kind of game that you can see all of what it has to offer in about 15 minutes and that is no exaggeration, if anything I might be being a tad kind! Those Pesky Chickens It clearly did well enough to get a sequel, but calling this a sequel is a real stretch as it is pretty much the exact same game that we got before. I guess that the first game was a decent gallery style shooter and had its charm. Yikes, talk about a thrown together sequel, Chicken Shoot 2 is not one of the all time classics that is on the Game Boy Advance.
